• Why chose us to provide your wedding favours?

We specialise in providing a range of stunning favours which can be used for all occasions and personalised to suit your requirements.  

• How long will my order take to make?  

Ready made wedding favour orders can be produced in 4 weeks or less but it is advisable that you do not leave it to the last minute to place your orders with us due to other work which may be scheduled into the diary.  We recommend that you place your order for favours as a minimum, 12 weeks in advance of your wedding/event to ensure stock availability and to allow your order to be scheduled into our production diaries. 

Orders are usually produced within 4-6 weeks from receipt of order and payment.  However, if you require your order more urgently than 2 - 6 weeks then please call us on 01202 530330 to discuss your requirements and we will do our utmost to meet your required deadline. 

Can i choose my confectionery filling?

Yes, you may choose from a variety of confectionery fills which have been carefully selected to suit a wide range of tastes and budgets.  You can choose from foiled wrapped chocolate hearts, luxury chocolates, kids/retro style sweets and of course the traditional sugared almonds. If there is a confectionery fill which is not shown please contact us and we will do our utmost to accommodate your requirements. 

• What will my “decorated favour box” include?

Our decorated favour boxes include a confectionery fill which is beautifully presented within a tissue paper inlay.  A personalized and printed gold or silver foil edge “Thank You” label which also includes your names and date of wedding.  The box is then finished with luxurious satin or organza ribbon which is available in an array of colours to suit your theme.  Rhinestone jewels, butterfly motifs or other decorative trims can be added to your box for a small additional charge depending on your theme and requirements   

There is also an upgrade option to have your guest names printed onto the gold or silver foil edge label instead of the “thank you” and in fact many brides choose to go for this upgrade option as it saves the need for a separate place card - therefore saving money and also a good idea if space is limited on the wedding tables! The cost of upgrading to have your guest name on the label is an additional 50p each per favour box label.

• Can you provide favours for all occasion?

Yes we can our favours can be adapted to suit all events and special occasions.  We have a wide range of ribbon colours and box or bag styles so whether you are hosting a wedding, christening, ladies festival or corporate events we have a wide range for you to choose from to suit your requirements.

• How long will my order take to be dispatched?

Orders are usually dispatched with 7 days but please allow 10 -14 days for delivery.
